Jhybo Detained By SARS Over Photo Of Him Holding A Rifle In A Picture On His Phone.

Nigerian rapper, Jibola Jasper, otherwise known as Jhybo posted via social media his experience with SARS Officials yesterday 15th May, 2018.

The rapper swas detained by SARS officers along Oba Akran Avenue in Ikeja, Lagos after his phone was forcefully collected and a picture of him holding a rifle was found on it.

According to him, all attempts to explain to the SARS officials that the photo was taken from a photo shoot from one of his musical videos was to no avail.

He wrote:

“Yesternight I was held by Sars men, along “Oba Akran” after he forcefully checked my phone n found this pic.. he said “ I’m gona hold you cus u carrying Rifle n wearing khaki”.. I was like can u see I was on set shootin my m/video, yet he wunt allow me go….. senseless !!!”
